Pi 6500e can't restart

i have Di 650 atached with pi 6500e that can't restart and on the display appear restarting server and than please wait....
how to reset that printer controller back to factory setting?
please tell me how to solve the problem...

The Pi6500e on the Di650 is a type of Fiery print controller. It sounds like you have a classic case of System software corruption or a failing HDD.

1. Try reloading the System software
2. If the System software fails to load, replace the HDD then reload.

Once you have reloaded the System software, you will have to setup all the options to make the device work correctly again. This can be found under Menu, Run Setup if the machine doesn't boot in to the setup automatically after the System software reload.
