    postscript setting on mac

    Hello Everyone,

I am looking for a setting on a mac driver but must be going blind or its not there.

in a C253 PC postscript driver you can Disable postscript passthrough, I need to find this setting on the Mac version of the driver.

i need to do this as customer prints large files that take 20 minutes to print but on pc with passthrough disabled prints in 40 seconds.

    ideas??

    thank you

Try the CUPS interface. Just type We'll Have More Soon click "Printers" > Find your printer and click "Set Printer Options".

The steps will vary depending on which version of OSX you have and version of CUPS. Typically you can find a few more (sometimes less) options within this interface as compared to the print driver.

    Hope that helps.
