e-mail Toshiba 281 spam

Hi.
In one Toshiba e-studio 281, in one company with windows server 2003, they use the scan to mail of the machine to send the scans to themselves.
But they were receiving a lot of spam in the mails, then they actualize the server, but when they do this, the mail's send by the Toshiba are known like spam too.
attached is the report of the scan, and why is he known like spam.
Someone know how can I change one of the parameters to don't be considered Spam?

SPAM

As far as I know, the only thing you can set for the email is the subject, from address, fragmentation settings, and authentication info for sending. It might be something in the subject, or that the "from address" it's using doesn't coincide with the user it's using for authentication. It's hard to say because all filters act slightly differently, and it will make a difference if it is getting tagged as spam by the server or by the client. Either way, the only way around it might be to add the "From Address" the copier is using to the exceptions list on the spam filter...this way, the system won't bother to check the message at all.

DIdn't see that

I didn't see that error report when I first looked at it. It's saying that the date is wrong, so you should check the date and time on the copier. If it's the encoding error that is triggering it as spam, there isn't any setting in the machine that can change this as far as I know.

I also would just add the machine's "From" address to the white list or create an exception for it in the spam filter software.
Email clients can have spam filters too.

yes, it's what I tell the client to do. And solved the problem.
I would rather resolve changing machine settings, but I don't find nothing to change it.
