Fiery Password retrieval tool **SOLVED**
Fiery Password retrieval tool.

Customer messed up password of the Fiery PI-5500 (Minolta Di-450).

The password printed out after using the retrieval tool from Fiery prints as follows:

Password = ""

When I enter "" as a password however its being rejected. Any ideas please?

nothing, zero, nuthing, nothing to enter, zil.....

just left blank when ask for password
