ricoh 240 w

HI there.

I have a customer with a Ricoh 240w wide format. He has logged a service call that he says i quote " expired licences " has any one got any ideas please ?
I have searched ricoh tessa and all the manuals. To no avail.

Customer can download their valid license file (*.rsp) from web at any time, see link https://www.rspfiles.com/
They must know only the serial number of the printer controller.
But if you replaced the controller board before, you must get a new rsp file from your service provider

Does any one know where i can download all the drivers i need from Ricoh ?

have you tried moving the controller card to a different PCI slot? had a problem like that. moved the controller to another slot and it worked.
