When you configured the web interface what did you put on the line "Scan File Folder"?
This is a trick question. This line should be blank. The name of the share folder should be on the line called "Share Folder"

2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

SOLVED - customer uninstalled 2 of 3 antivirus programs running on the computer at once.
The other issue with this that is NOT related to antivirus is in the Filing Method in the SMB client list. The error you are getting would be due to it being set to Cancel. Change it to Change File Name and you should not get that error.
