Hello i have a canon Ir3035 with a connectivity issue.The network card on the machine is not responding am not sure if is the ip board or the system software. Can anyone help with this issue.I have cleared every thing in service and nothing happens.

You might wanna call Canon and open up a ticket or try replacing the main controller.
You also should've posted this in the canon forum. You would have gotton a quicker response.

were u able to print before? I have had this or a similar problem where I would send jobs to 3570 and no response, I ended up using the UFR11 drivers and it worked I am not saying this may work for u but you try, also it could be worth checking the network system software see it version is correct.
