We have an E3000 with blown up System Software, so i am in need of a new one.
The german Ricoh technical support database don't even have a Link to the E3000
Someone here throughout the World can help me out?

If sometimes you feel a little useless, offended and depressed always remember that you were once the fastest and most victorious sperm of hundreds of millions!
PM sent.
Sorry for the delay, my upload speed isn't the best and the upload failed in the last few seconds, will retry the upload overnight and hopefully provide you a link in the morning.
You may be the last benefactor of that software image, the HDD it was stored on seems to have a failing spindle motor, I'm desperately trying to copy the files now to a different drive. I hope I can rescue the data as it has all my Fiery stuff on it! Arrgh, technology!
Oh Shit, murphy strikes again
If Mikrosoft doesn't work, try a linux derivate like Knoppix to rescue the Data

I managed to get everything copied to a different drive, just took a long time. I'm using a Mac, so most of the BSD (linux like) tools were available to lend a hand. Micro$oft would have been useless for such a recovery.
Zed, any hope of a link to the e3000 system software? I have the same problem described above. Fiery seems to be a Linux based X3e model and the C3000 seems to work only as a copier. Pressing the Fiery button on panel shows "please wait" then goes back to copy function.
Thanks for the help.
