Access Equitrac Database from external App

Any way of accessing Equitrac database to extract the values (i.e. read-only) to another program?

I'm no SQL expert (I know almost nothing to be honest), but the IT guy who's working with me tried without success - He tells me he can see the database, but it appears to be empty.

Could this be any kind of lock in effect, or can we be doing anything wrong?

    Thanks.

What values are you trying to extract? Fwiw, messing with the database can void the maitenance warranty (I beleive).

As far as the db access is read-only, there isn't any problem since no data is altered. We need to read the reloading transaction values to an accounting app.

I believe there is an account adjustment report, that can be saved as a .csv/excel. Can you import from that? Then you could schedule the report to run.

That's an idea worth trying. Thanks.
