Cannot configure IC-402

Hi everyone

I have problems configuring a Fiery X3ety 35c-km. I cannot open webtools, i have tried with IE and firefox. Everytime i hit the "Launch configuration" button, a new window shows up, but in IE, it remain blank, and in firefox, i get to the login screen, and after i have typed the password, it also goes blank, and nothing happens. I have the newest version of java.

I have also tried to use command workstation, but everytime i hit the "Configure" button under "Server configuration", nothing happens at all!

Is there a browser which can be used with webtools? or do anyone have another solution? :-)
