Need help accessing Toshiba 2830c

I recently was given a perfect condition Toshiba 2830c estudio.
It's in great shape and has brand new toners.

The problem is that I can't get in to use it

It's asking for a 5 digit code to use and I don't have one.

I was able to power up with 8 & 0 pressed and then enter 263
I used 123456 as an admin pw and it puts me into test mode but then nothing on the screen

I'd like to be able to go in and assign new 5 digit codes to use or even just do away with that restriction.

Anyone here have knowledge of how to get in and use this as a copier, fax, scanner?

I'm downloading the drivers now for printing but am not optimistic that it will let me in once I connect it to my computer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the 5 digit code is a department code and its basic use is to keep track of who uses the most colour or black.

What you need to do is go to top access it's the web interface for the photocopier.

first find out what your m/c IP address is and then go to you computer and open IE. Go to the address bar and type in the IP address of the m/c if that doesn't bring it up try putting (:8080) at the end of the IP address.

Go to the top right of top access and log in using

admin
123456

as the user name and password then you can go to [user management]> [Department management]. Here is where you can delete or create new codes if you want to turn off the department codes you have to go to. Administration tab and then in general you should be able to disable department management.
