    Unable to save files through web image monitor "mp4500"

    Hi,
    I am copier tech but with very low professioncy in networking related issues.
    It is MP 4500 with PRINT/SCAN options.My customers scan some books through Document Server and save them in machine.Later he tries to save those material in his laptop through "WEB IMAGE MONITOR" but do not succeed to do so.Files are shown at computer screen in WIM.He is unable to save the files.

    The machine requires the "File Format Converter" option, which is NOT standard.

    It's probably the least ever ordered option.

    I know, it looks like the files are downloadable, but they are not without the option being installed.

    Information on File Format Converter

    File Format Converter Type B; EDP Code 411400; Product Code B609.

    Once the FIle Format Converter is installed, scan using the scanner function which allows you to specify which format to use, PDF or TIFF.
