    Kyocera 3035 , scan to mail setting

    Hello .I can not change the limit on the size of the letter (I change the data in the = send E-Mail setting =, but the copier does not remember changes . Same thing happens when I select non restrict setting . This occurs on multiple copiers, replacing a scanner card does not help. SFU operating normally. Can you help, please?

    Try a different browser. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    The next thing I'd do is re-load/upgrade the scan card firmware. It requires the utility: IBVERUP and the firmware.

    Before you ask, I don't provide firmware. But maybe Paul can help you at www.justmanuals.com
