Yes- machine is back at customers 10 days no problems.
We switched machine from Auto 10/100/1000 to Auto 10/100. (The bizhub C280 that we loaned them only auto negotiates at 10/100 even though it has Gigabit ability)
we suspect that the problem is with the Cisco network switch, maybe an auto update on it- See my full update in the Konica Minolta forum

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

If they use novell the machine and novell server must be within 5 minutes on their clocks or it won't print.
