Wondered if any of you could shed some light on this issue I'm having. I may have overlooked something very simple.
I've logged in and setup notification intervals for service and for monthly meter readings. Setup all the email settings, SMTP server, sender address etc etc.
Went to notifications, total counter reading. Set the email address it needs to go to. Applied the settings. Did a "send once" and didn't receive anything.
Restarted the machine and checked all the settings again and have done another send now. Nothing again.
Out of interest I did a test scan to email. That went through fine to the address I want it to send a notification report to. So my smtp settings are correct.
Has anyone ever had a similar scenario?
