user=supervisor and password=supervisor should get you in.
Supervisor mode allows you to 'supervise' administrators.
You should be able to change the details from there.

well if you want to reset the admin password from the Web Image Monitor the only way I know is by loggin in as supervisor and resetting the admin password from there.
The other one in service mode is a little dangerous because it deletes all the NCS settings on the machine.
As far as I am aware uploading to SD then later restoring would also revert the machine back to the original (unknown) admin pasword.

Not sure what happened yesterday, I tried replying but... not post! Oh well!
I tried logging in as "supervisor" and that wouldn't let me in either. So! Since I have everything set-up on the machine already, I am going to work on getting in touch with the old IT guy that looked over the machine. If he doesn't remember the log-in info, then I will start saving data and reloading, followed by the SP's you guys mentioned earlier.
Thanks for everyone's suggestions on this and I will update this thread again when I get a chance to go back.
I would go in the direction of the post made by "copyman20" and reset the NIB. The "supervisor" login isn't valid on this model MFP.
1) (IMPORTANT) Print a configuration sheet at the beginning. You will need the configuration sheet to restore the network settings.
2) Enter SP mode.
3) Enter SP 5-801-011 (Memory Clear > NCS).
4) Press [Execute].
5) You will be asked for confirmation. (IMPORTANT) This will reset all of the network and interface settings. Make sure you have printed the configuration sheet. Press [Execute] once again.
6) Turn off the device, then turn it back on.
7) Restore all the network settings to the values of the configuration sheet.
8) The above steps should have reset the password to the factory default, "password".
9) Finally, the customer should log in to the device and change the password to their own. This can be done using Web Image Monitor or telnet ("passwd" command).

As copyman says, use 5801-11 to reset network settings. I have had this issue a couple of times.
