I know it´s a 3224c but the GW is the same. is your service manual the same as mine (Ricoh), theres no 5-828-74 on this service manual. Listen! I´m not better than anyone else, I´m the same as all of us here, a TECH, and I´m just trying to help, I know the experience was on a MP 4500, but it´s a WIM issue and as the GW are fairly the same I tried it out and it work so I posted it only to try and help. You have to clear the memory and reset the device. That will clear the password in the device.
