    age is getting to me

    i have a customer who wants their kyocera set up as a portal.i did the right thing and palmed it off to their it dept.
    they have now bounced it back to me saying we have to set the machine up for it.my question is WHATS A BLOODY PORTAL.

    its all ok .
    their it guys just rang up and apologized .the portal was something to do with scanning to folder and uploading to a web site and they did it yesterday .
    i wish they would bring back the old canon liquid copiers .no IT worries no firmware worries no paper jams problems as they were expected.
    just a few marked carpets because of leaking.
    oh well.

    I'm old enough to remember liquid toner up to my shoulders...
    Dennison and Savin. Also had one customer pour liquid toner
    into a powdered toner machine.... What a MESS!!!!!
