cant print through Computer DP-C265

Hi
I have panasonic DP-C265 Copier i cant print through computer i have installed all the drivers it dosnt even print a test page when i send print to copier copier starts for 10 to 15 second but dosnt print and when i check print history it says Code Unmatch

This is a little late but it sounds like this copier has department codes enabled. The print job is being sent successfully, but the copier rejects it probably because there's no code entered into the print driver. You just need to enter your code into the print driver like so:

- Go to control panel, devices and printers
- right click on panasonic printer
- go to printer properties
- go to the advanced tab
- printing defaults...
- job type tab
- under "Department Counter" type in your user code, OR check the box "input when printing" if you want to have to enter your code every time you print.

Turn off codes for printing if you don't use them.
Check op manual for settings.

I am trying to print from Ubuntu (Linux). I get the same error message.

How do I turn off the departmental codes.
