Hi Mate, I am glad that I found you on this forum; I would appreciate your help a lot. I have an error code E602-0004 on my IR 6000i. the next step is to replace my HDD and to install a new firmware. I would kindly ask you to send to me the SST and the firmware for the IR 6000i machine, and to get rid of the monopole of the service man in my country. And if you just told me the steps how to install the firmware and how to know which the right HDD I need.
