no i use uSB port and network port before but the usb port is deffective now,if i use parallel port only printing system will work not the scanner because the twain drive its run in USB only..its there a solution for this that twain drive read parallel signal?
No. If your using the 1820 for a scanner you need to use the network port. USB and parallel do not work for scanning...
