Intermittant address book error doesn't require the SD recovery card, you just need to turn off/on to cure the problem.
Hello WithNail, I have a lot of machines throwing Aleatory Address Book error (MP171 and MP201). After insists with my distributior they gave me a Sd Rescue. I applied in these machines with aleatory error but with no success as i presumed. In the bulletin they make reference only to the permanent address book error. The intermitent error is not mentioned , so Sd Recue would not work for this. Ricoh defined a position about this error? Did they give up of MP201 and wiil not fix it anymore? Thanks.

Hello Mr.withnail, You said in a previous post about Address Book Error on Ricoh MP171/MP201 , that you have a SD Card Recovery. Let me question, are you a Distributor or a Resseler in New Zealand ? Do you have access to Firmwares, Bullettins and etc? Why am i questioning this: I am a resseler in my country and my distributor said he donīt have authorization from RICOH to deliver to resselersīs the Sd Card Recovery and Bulletins about this (Strange!). I believe Ricoh follows the same policy in all Countries that they are present. But this position is very weird. Do you know about some official pronunciation from RICOH , about Intermitent Address Book Error in MP171 and MP 201. I have more than 120 machines with this problem.
