The HPLJ4050 with it's envelope feeder, or the HPLJ4250 with it's envelope feeder are pretty good, but getting long in the tooth. There's certainly no guarantee that you can start pulling random sized/styles of envelopes and have them come out unwrinkled. Some envelopes work better than others. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Whatever you place, if it's primarily running envelopes you'll want to be able to decrease fixing pressure to minimize wrinkling. Most printers nowadays do not give you a pressure adjustment, so you have to get creative. =^..^=

Why is it that customers want to run a folded up glued together piece of paper with a "Flap" through a printer or copier and have the ooutput be perfect with no wrinkles or imperfections?????????????????????????????

Have you considered digital duplicators? I'm only familiar with Risos, but from what I've seen if they are operated by a patient and thoughtful person they can run envelopes all day.
Well, unless you expect to have envelope jobs that have less than 20 pieces. It will get kind of expensive then.
Because the sales rep told them so, along with it will never jam as long as you use "jam free" paper.
Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!
I advise against using labels, but if they do they are not covered for damage. Nice extra revenue as I know they will!
Alternatively use a cheap ink jet with warranty bought from someone else.

Well the final solution was to move there Ricoh AP610N with a envelope tray to the required area. Seems to fine on the better envelopes but occasionally wrinkles the cheap thin ones which they are willing to live with.
