Toshiba E-350 operation panel not working

Have a customer with a Toshiba that comes to ready, but none of the keys or touch screen work. I was also unable to get into any service modes. It does not show a service code. I have powered it on and off a few times. nothing. Im hoping someones seen this before. thanks

If you have another mach like it, ES 350 or 450, you can try and swap op panels, don't remember if the 352 or 353 panel's are the same, pull the side cover off the scanner, the wire harness runs there.
08-690 and reformat the HDD if you can get into service mode, may help also
