Fiery E 8100 v 1.2 DVD install

Hello guys, i have a PRO C700EX with a E 8100 Fiery installed and when I try to login they say I cannot login because administrator account has been blocked, i,m try to download OS install dvd for this fiery and I can´t find at ricoh website, my question is, I can upgrade this fiery to v 2.0?where I can download the SO ISO to do that.My installed SO is XP.I have 3 more fiery's e 8100, can I do a ghost with the HD?this will work?all other e-8100 are in v 1.2 to.
