I just received 2 copiers , A Mx-m 464 and it keeps popping up with " An extra memory module is not installed."
and a Mx-m 465 that has F1-21 . Help please .

does the mx-m464n have a fax option added on? sometime fax options include ram that is easy to overlook when installing. The f1-21 code is a finisher fan trouble code i suggest updating firmware for the finisher to see if that corrects the issue.

Just an update on these two copiers, the F 1–21 shows to be a fan problem but there is no fan in the finisher. The copier had to be flashed. The copier with the extra memory module code. The SD ROM had to be replaced. They are both up and working.
