Input Service Contact on Photocopier

I need your help, I want to know how I can input contact number to a photocopier so that when an error occur, it will pop up with my contact number that says Error code C6000 call Service 866xxxxxxx. On all brands, if possible. Thanks.

In Konica (system1) and Kyocera (sim003)you do it in service mode.
