This code indicates a Main PWB type mismatch error Defective PWB. The correct part number for the 40/50 ppm machine is 302GR94121. Did you by chance order 302GN94010, the 30ppm board?

Did you Take the old eeprom and transfer it to the new board?

Still think it's something to do with EPROM

Did you re-load firmware? The chances of your replacement board having the same exact compatible level of firmware is very low.

These boards are not-married to the machine, so it is OK to swap boards. Are you sure the EEPROM got swapped to the replacement board, installed with the notch in the correct direction, all the legs intact? It may be a bad EEPROM.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
