    Bio-T Max replacement

For as long as I have been a tech my company has used Bio-T max to clean feed rollers. The company that make Bio-T max no longer sales it in 1 or 5 gal pails, can only buy in 55 Gal barrels. we defiantly do not need 55 gal of the stuff. I was wondering what other people use to clean feed roller, rejuvenate the rubber and doesn't stink.

    LMGTFY

It's orange oil based, and not too concentrated that it can damage plastic parts at 100%.

For tires that are desperately in need of replacement use WD-40, but keep in mind that WD-40 DOES DAMAGE PLASTIC, and removes material from the roller. I use it as a last desperate measure when the rollers are on order. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Ricoh puts a Scrubs hand cleaning wipe in their technician supply kits that they used to include in every PM kit. Not only do they work good for your hands but also are good on feed tires that have become impregnated with dust and paper lint. Not quite as good as the little bottles of water-less hand cleaner with grit that they put in the PM kits many years ago but still acceptable.
