| Had this problem 3 weeks ago, replaced dev unit and power pack as per service manual and the copier worked fine. Back in again this afternoon along with very irate customer. Machine is spotless all earth's in place, all values at default, only 455k on counter- any ideas???? | |

One thing to check is the little metal pin which the Dev unit is held in the right place still intact and doing its job. I remeber having a similar issue with that and also the plate which sits underneath with the reg sensor underneath it not being reseated by a Engineer carrying out a pm only causing a problem when i went to service the machine for a totaly different fault.
Possibly not the answer but always worth checking the basics I find before the complicated.
