I have a problem adding i/o device to scanrouter v2 lite which was installed on windows XP operating system. The delivery option on scanner settings was set to 'on' before i tried adding the device on scanrouter v2 lite on pc. I have already add the port number 3670 on firewall setting & even tried to temporarilly disabled all antivirus security but still cannot add the i/o device for the model Ricoh Aficio 1027. Replacing the NIB board does not seem to help either. I've checked the interface cable RJ45 but everything look in place. Printing is not a problem & i tried to ping the machine IP from PC & everything seems ok too. Any help is very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
