Good day everyone,

I want to asked if there is someone can help me if what is the problem of SHARP AR-153e, if u turn it on the scanner lamp is on light, and the toner indicator too what is the possible cause of it, i already drop a developer into the toner but the toner indicator still on light what should i do.. anyone knows please help me..
