| D880 Incorrect paper size
It copies and prints from the computer fine. Paper size switch above tray works fine, recognizes ltr vs lgl. If I print a report or fax and get confirmation, I get this message and nothing else can print because it keeps tring to print the previous page on what it thinks is the correct size paper. In order to get the machine working, I have to do an all clear. I can't even print a user data report because after page one I get this message. All the fax info is on page 2. I put in legal, it recognized it, but does the same thing. Any ideas. This is the same as IR1370 |
