Help needed desperately.

I still have problems trying to set my 3220 to print from network:


I think my c1 is somehow not working, and as you suggest I have to reinstall the software or firmware ver 2.1 if I'm correct.


What I did is set up the svc mode > option> interface> change '3' to '0' (disable the c1 immagepass)


Then the copier able me to set up IP setting using copier interface, then been able to ping the copier and ping one computer from the copier. However, when I tried to install the software Canon PCL5e/5c Printer Driver - Version 8.62 and setting the port TCP/IP to the ip address set on the copier the installation software can't find the copier.


Now when I tried to configure from scratch using printer>printer setting>new setup, somehow I can't access that screen all what I have is a screen that says that no MEAP application is currently loaded.

I don't have any clue to what is going on, please if somebody could help to solve this will be really appreciate
