strange faults on mxm623

Hi All
Im having a few strange problems with mxm623...
Firstly the screen went down with all lines on it (replaced and ok)
then it gave me a memory miss match (memory not been changed)..put 2x 1 gig in and that fault went away
now im left with ccd-asic fault .. changed mfp and scn board ..no change !!! any clues would be of great help
