    Sindoh- can anyone relate?

I have heard that we are about to start selling the Sindoh M402 & 404. I had a look at the specs, and am concerned as the specs dont add up! They are spec'd to do 50k a month and yet thedrum like is something line 34k? Am i missing something?

Strangest is that the 707 is spec'd for 200k a month and the drum for....(drumroll) 80k!!??

    I would appreciate any feedback.

Do these use fuser and pcu parts or units?

Typically when I look at manufacturer monthly ratings, I halve the manufacturers numbers for more realistic expectations. Even then, a drum wouldn't even last a whole month. A 34K drum has got to be organic coating, and probably 25mm diameter, or ~4 rotations per print.

Another guideline we used to use is absolute maximum 1 PM cycle per month.

I hope I never get to see a Sindoh. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
