I had a customer with a Neopost DS-62 folder inserter that hasn't been making perfectly square folds. I'm not familiar with these units and out of my area of expertise, but I looked the thing over. The pages feed fine from the feeders and into the coallting area. However, there is a slight side overlap of maybe 2-3mm once in the collator?? Not sure if that can be adjusted. Anyway, the pages fold like they should and spit out the other end. However, all the different folds (half, z, regular tri-fold, etc) are about 3-4mm off from being square. Sometimes, it's just enough to make the set jam going in the envelope. My hunch is that the folding process is a little "off". Is there a way this can be adjusted? I saw a "document offset" and "folder offset" in the service menu, but am not sure what they are.

Does anybody have experience with these things?
