    HP 800DesignJet

    Hello,

I have an HP Designjet with overlaps image. I loaded the image in attachement. The printheads have been replaced but the image is still the same. Thanks

Looks like the rear carriage bushing may be missing. It commonly gets broken off when the carriage is being reinstalled if someone doesn't know to keep an eye on it.

It's on the rear of the carriage, on top (it pushes the carriage downwards.) If you just see two holes and no bushing, it's missing. Q5669-60687

I just wanted to add this image for future reference. Time and time again, I see this bushing broken off by people who don't know what they're doing when they're installing the carriage assembly. It may seem like an insignificant part but it has a huge affect on the distance between the printheads and the media.
