I've never had the guts to try WD40 on transfer rollers, so you're on your own there.
It's not good for neoprene rollers for sure (that's the one that will gum up), but for cleaning the resist rollers on Sharps of paper dust, and conditioning the rubber, you can't do it faster or better than with WD-40

At our shop we use a product from Stoner - B164, I think. Of course, I don't do the purchasing, so I have no idea how the price would compare.

We are using something called "Film Cleaner >Diamant<" and it works very very well! for the rollers of course! for the rest we mostly use plain glas cleaner, and alcohol to remove stickers and such if accidently put somewhere, where they won´t be that good (like on an ITB or so)

    ...for rubber rollers/belts ONLY!:

Belt Cleaner at the bottom of the page!

PS--also good for cleaning off ink marks off of machine surfaces--exterior, platen white pad, glass, etc. It's fairly gently on plastic--good for removing sticker residue too!

I am with Zootech. I use WD40 for registration rollers covered in white paper residues from cellulose and other muck. It works Superb. IPA is absorbed by the white paper residue and smears on the roller for ever, work but takes ages.
For pick ups and feed I switch between Wd40 and IPA 99.97% .. Pickups WD to soften the ridges on Kyo and then IPA.. Neoprene sep roller on Kyocera Doc feeder Just pure IPA ... (Don't understand as Indian Pale Ale) but IsoPropanolAlcohol after a long day of machines stripping and cleaning a lot with IPA I sometimes wonder if I am a bit tipsy

i use WD40 all the time..
now there is some rollers that just need replacing but you can buy a little time if its a odd roller.
for registration rollers wd40 makes them soft and :rubberry: again.
in the past fedron, laquer thinner but they dry out the rubber.
