    ricoh wide format CW2200

    I am working on a Ricoh wide format, as the machine makes the second print the printhead moves off the paper on the left side and when it moves back onto the paper it catches the edge of the paper and wrinkles/ tears the paper and causes a jam. The paper roll is nearing the end of the roll and the paper has a lot of curl to it- I am thinking that is the problem but dont know if there is any fix to this problem. Any ideas would be appreciated.

    I don't work on that machine, only black and white wide format Ricoh machines, so please take this with a grain of salt.
    Still, it might be a good idea to check that the machine is set up for the correct media. I don't think the print head should be traveling beyond the edge of the media if that is set correctly. At least on the left hand side anyway.
