4150 - toner cartridge not installed correctly
I just thought I would see if any of you had ideas on this error message: "toner not installed correctly" before going out to check the issue. Customer already tried a new toner cart. but got the same message. What would you recommend I check first to resolve this error? Thanks.
Sorry, I meant to put this post under Xerox. I have put it there now, but could not find a way to delete this so I am editing it.

its due to a bad RFID tag on the toner, its a small square sticker with a spiral on it, try pressing on it and re-inserting it,
Xerox is aware of the problem, just give them a call and ask for a replacement toner
