Konica Minolta bizhub C550

Hi,
I have Konica Minolta bizhub C550,it display's P-14 (when i changed the drum unit P-14 disappears ),but START button blinks red with the old and the new drum. I cannot find the problem.

Please HELP.

Have you tried Skew Adjustment reset yet?

Service mode/ Machine / Skew adjustment / Skew adjustment reset. after thats done do Initialize +
Image Stabilization and run gradation adjustments again.
