Riso -HC 5500 X02-223 jam, But not Paper Jam

Hello, Here´s comes again this error code X02-223 jam, but no paper jam
i pull out the tranfer belt and cleaned,
i cleaned the error codes using Test Mode but not succes so far.

seems like this happen for differents reason even if not paper jam.
if someone has been through this and fix it please share your experience.

Check paper lift detection sensor... you have to test this sensor if it's woking with service mode: 8.2.2.5
This sensor is mounted on CCD. If it's working adjust the CCD unit.
