RP 3700 rejecting files
Dear users,
During the middle of a print job we were working on, our printer (RP3700) began to reject the files that were being sent from our PC. It happens with all files we now send to the printer. We can use the scanner bed ok, so it must be something to do with how the PC is communicating with the printer. We have tried different drums so it can't be a drum issue. What happens is:
– Send the file to print
– Printer receives file (you can see it is 'receiving data' and the 'Data-Map' signal comes on)
– Printer rejects file and remains 'Idle'
It is exactly the same issue that is highlighted here: Riso Rp3700 won't print from computer - Fixya
We really appreciate any help you may be able to offer.

Will & Josh greetings first question which type of cable or connection are using you, to send data packets to the riso machine, network port or serial port.
