Risograph FR 3950 ep-a Looking for – Local interface Users Guide

Hi!
I have a FR 3950 ep-a that is stuck in the "Local interface". We can't print from the computer with out pulling out the power. It gets stuck on Local spooling mode.
Does anyone know how to get out of that mode and how to make the Risograph accept new prints from the computer?

Or does anyone know where I can find the Local interface Users Guide for FR 3950 ep-a?

Starting Up Test mode
step 1:
Turn on the power, pressing down Both <M / P> and <LINE / PHOTO> buttons on the main panel
step 2:
place with the keypad the number 90


Partial Memory Clear
Certain portion of RAM contents in the System PCB, Jam and Trouble: such as messages, will be initialized.
(The same operation as turning the power ON When pressing while Reset All button.)


step 3: Repeat step 1


place with the keypad the number 97


All Memory Clear
All RAM contents in the System PCBs, excluding Memory Test by setting switch modes, will be initialized.
Master disposal count is not cleared.
NOTE: This must be done test mode each time System ROM, System PCB, or Battery is changed

All the way at the bottom is Accessories if one of the SC is what you are using. I don't remember what the FR's used
