Risograph SC7700 Power Supply - replacement parts

Does anyone know if you can replace the Riso SC7700's power supply with any standard PC computer power supply? If so, what would I be looking for. Looks like the fan has died on mine.

Also, the fan that cools the processor inside also is growling. Sounds like it is on its way out too.

Wondering if I can find non Riso replacements for these, say at newegg.com? Here's an example: 300W POWER SUPPLY for Bestec ATX-250-12E or ATX-300-12E 8cm Internal Fan - Newegg.com

An update to this thread: I have successfully replaced both the power supply and processor fan from readily available parts online that are relatively cheap.

Here is the processor fan:
