it's been a long time since I serviced a duplo dp2030 machine which throwed several codes, fortunately back then I worked for a distibutor and they got me the service manual for it, nowadays I'm on my own and have a service call to attend but this manual has been elusive for me so far, (Duplo DPA-120), I service several printers and a couple of copiers for this customer, and I don't want to look as a fool when I go to see his machine, if you need a service manual or firmware for konica or toshiba I can help you with that, just let me know, I have several of those,
