    LCD display problem

    Hello,
    I am new to your forum.
    I have a duplicator Riso RN2000EP I just bought a friend's house, but there is a display problem that is too dark.
    Help me please, how to increase the light from the display thank you.
    Nb: I use a translator to communiqer with you.

    I do not know how much this will help as I've never had to adjust the LCD brightness on a Riso.
    But there is a variable resistor on the panel control board that is for adjusting the contrast of the display.
    If you want to try adjusting it the VR is next to connectors 301 and 307. If that works let us know, please.
    I don't think it has anything to do with the brightness of the display though.
    It is more likely you will need to put a working control panel on that machine.

    Thank you very much for having answered to my question , I already try to vary the VR but the display does not change.

    Try service mode 91, I don't have a machine to test and never had to adjust one but this looks interesting, it will reverse the image

    Would there be any chance you could share a picture of the display? Sometimes that helps.

    Now I might have my RN s mixed up but one I worked on sometime ago had a contrast adjustment in the user controls. And darn if I remember how to get there. Good luck.

    The screen of the display and too dark, I use light to look at the messages displayed.
