Riso RZ 300ep drum says "no ink" but it has.

Hi everyone, i have a Riso RZ 300 ep with three drums, the bright red one says that there is no ink on it but its at it´s half more or less.
Anyone knows what to do with it. Unfortunately i have not another ink cartridge to try it but i will on the next week.

Check your ink pump, and ink hose it is clogged or the ink supply outlet inside the drum is clogged. If you noticed it will keep on initializing the ink then it will stop then, giving a no ink indication.

Thank you for you answer!! The ink hasn´t been used for a while and i think it may be a bit dry. How can i acces to the ink pump? I´am totally new on Riso and i don´t have the service manual, only a user´s guide from the net. Thank you again.

try the test codes to activate the ink pump.

Thank you for your answers,
as i can see test mode only works without the ink cartridge, when the cartridge is on, only 0000 appears on the screen. i have tested the codes and no good news.

The machine says that there are two errors:
C01-512 The ink sensor did not go ON even when inking was performed for a preset duration
and
C01-563 Ink remaining amount is zero from the information on the RF-Tag

Finally, a new cartdrige arrived and everything runs ok at it seems....Thank you all.
