HELP! Possible blown fuse? - RISO EZ 221u

I just had an EZ221 shipped to my country (iceland) and am starting it up for the first time. After seeing the label above the AC inlet indicating both 220-240v / 100-120v (and reading in the manual to not touch to power switch which is the tiny hole with a white line inside above the inlet) I plugged it in, turned on the power and got zero response from the machine. No noise, no lights, nothing. Upon closer inspection I saw that it was possible to switch the setting of the white line in the power switch, moved it to the left to situate the line above the 220-240v side, plugged it in again, tried the power switch and got no response. I am thinking it may be possible that a circuit breaker may have been broken - does anyone (especially international people) have any experience or insight with this? Or perhaps a connection with a risograph technician that I can call?

    Thank you so much!

    Check power cord first.

You need to check main power switch , main fuse (power supply ) and dont forget to check wire harness connections 😌

Thats the next step, I am going to have a electrician friend check on the powersupply with me and then I will possibly get a new one.

Still looking for someone that might have accidentally done the same thing with a riso printer and knows if i fried something else than the PS it self hah. I am generally pretty good with electronics so I have ruled out the basic things.

Does anyone know where I can get parts for printers like this (electronic parts like boards etc.)

    Thank you!!

    Problem has been solved.

It seems like a fuse might have popped loose in the powersupply during shipping, and after messing with them the machine was revived. Thanks for the help!
